Emilie-Claire Barlow is a Canadian jazz singer. She's much more famous in Canada than she is in America, even having won "Female Vocalist of the Year" at the 2008 Canadian National Jazz Awards. She's parlayed her singing talent into a relatively prolific voice-over career, which is what Americans typically know her for. Among her roles in voice acting are the voices of Sailor Mars in one season of Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus in another. She's recently performed as Courtney in Total Drama Island and Total Drama Action, and Chrissy in 6teen. She's also been heard in shows such as Wayside, Bakugan Battle Brawlers, and Martin Mystery.
